How to use this siteThis is a member’s only site so to access most content you will need to log on with your user name and password.
This site has lots of useful information from Housing Rights Service which you can download but we think the main benefit of coming online is the chance to share information with others. The more everyone contributes to the site the more useful and successful it will be!
Here are some things you can do:
- Edit your profile – upload a photo and share some info about yourself!
- Create a new post – do you have something to share, a question for the group?
- Comment on someone else’s post
- Learn about other members and agencies – read other’s profiles, send them a message…
- Take the poll or survey - see the current poll and results
- Read the FAQ – check out the answers to the most commonly asked questions or submit a new question and a CHAP staff advisor will answer online!

- Contribute a case study – did you have a particularly interesting case that might help others in their work? We hope to feature a case study each month from a different agency…
