The Community Housing Advice Project is a partnership initiative between three regional organisations: Housing Rights Service, Citizens Advice and AdviceNI.
To date there are 24 individual member agencies throughout Northern Ireland taking part in this unique initiative designed to enhance the skills of frontline advice agency staff to assist them in delivering quality housing advice services to people in their local communities.
This website will enable partner agencies to:
- collaborate, share knowledge and experiences
- discuss and learn from cases/issues
- build up a network of professional contacts and enable personal and professional development.
- ensure the advice sector in Northern Ireland keeps up with current technologies
- build the skills and confidence of advisors throughout the region.
